Youth Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid® is a 7.5 hour skills-based training that teaches people how to identify, understand and respond to signs and symptoms of a mental health or substance use challenge or crisis in adults ages 18 and over. Participants must be 18+.

Youth Mental Health First Aid® is a 6.5 hour skills-based training that teaches adults how to identify, understand and respond to an adolescent (ages 12-18) who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge or crisis. Participants must be 18+.

These free trainings are sponsored by Missouri’s Department of Mental Health and other sponsors. They are only available to individuals who live or work in Missouri.

If you have a group of 10 or more participants, our instructors may be able to provide a private course.
